Casa Pina Falcão is an old manor house, originating from the 18th century. With two floors, it has 14 main divisions (4 bedrooms) and a large walled garden with fruit trees. The house is complemented by a ‘Beirã’ typical house, with three floors and 12 divisions (7 bedrooms). Other two edifications surround that garden, which once served as warehouse, haystack and distillery. In total, the four edifications present a construction area of 1.200m2 in a location with a total of 1400m2. The set of buildings and garden is delimited by three streets, providing exceptional access but still with total privacy, provided by the large walls.
The house is very well located, in the historic part of the village. Being at its border, while towards south it provides a great sight that goes beyond the Tagus river, to the north it provides direct access to the old village area. It is located only 6 Km from one of the main country highways (A23) and 10Kms from the train, making it just 1h40 away from Lisbon.
A complete renewal project that was developed in 2013 but not implemented, making the houses ready for rural tourism, will be provided at no cost.
Close to the property, only separated by a street, a 6ha land, with olives, grapes, pear, apples, oranges, lemon trees, lime and cork tree, as well as water springs, may complement the deal. As an all, the properties have a high potential for agriculture and tourism of all forms.
